My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Casey is a 5 year old beagle cross. She is an absolute sweetheart of a dog. She LOVES to play fetch and is a cuddle muffin with her foster mom.
Casey's story is a sad one. She was adopted from Animal Love 5 years ago as a pup. She moved with her family who took early retirement out to Nova Scotia. Her dad had a horrible stroke that takes a lot of moms attention. She realized she could no longer care for both and be fair to Casey. She came to painful decision that Casey deserves a family who can be active with her and take her out more than she could. She drove her back to Animal Love from Nova Scotia so she could have peace of mind knowing we would find her another wonderful home.
Casey knows several basic commands, she is very calm and laid back. She is not fond of super hyper dogs jumping all over her but who can blame her for that. She is a very , very well behaved dog and would make a wonderful addition to any family. Do not let the fact she is 5 stop you from adopting this wonderful dog. She is still young, energetic and super loving.
