Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kowalski found us, we didn't find him. One day while DBC volunteers were doing community outreach to help a neighborhood clean up Balduck Park in Detroit, this friendly, skinny little dog wandered up to our group. He acted as if he knew had known us all along and wanted to be a part of the team. We asked around the neighborhood to see if he was someone's lost pet, but sadly no one claimed him. Although DBC was beyond full at the kennel, we knew we couldn't just leave him on the streets to fend for himself, so he was welcomed into the DBC program. Kowalski has completed his rehabilitation and training in our program with flying colors and now he is ready for a family to call his own. He is around 2 years old and weighs 45 pounds. He gets along with other dogs, cats and children. He is very affectionate and curious about everything. Kowalski loves to play, but not in a high energy way. When it's cuddle time, he loves to settle right in and chill out.
