Bippy was rescued from a high kill shelter in South Carolina. He arrived in New York in July and has spent the summer and fall learning to acclimate to his new life. originally he was very scarred and did not trust people, now he has turned himself around and is a very sweet affectionate companion. Bippy's favorite pass time is to sit on your lap. He follows me wherever I go and has become very bonded with me. The perfect home would be a quiet house hold with someone who wants a lap dog. He gets alone fine with other dogs but prefers human companionship. He is house broken. Whom ever adopts Bippy will have to have patience and move slowly until he gets to know and trust you, then he will be your number 1 fan!
