11/14/13 THEO is doing great! His rear legs have improved greatly, his muscles have grown and he gets around great. His heart murmur is still there but he plays, plays, plays and has a very active life. The vet says he can have a normal life. yippee. He will be neutered on Monday and will be available for adoption on Saturday, November 23rd at Petsmart in Royal Palm Beach from 10a-3p.

Our pups are spayed or neutered, current on vaccines/deworming, microchipped and have flea/tick prevention applied. Our adoption donation is $300.00 for Pumpkin. Our adoption donation includes the remaining puppy vaccines through 4 months of age. The vaccines are provided by Pet Haven Rescue and scheduled according to when they are due. Adopting a puppy is a lifetime commitment. Are you ready for a new found friend?
9/8/13 Meet Little Theo. He is 8 weeks of age and new to our program. Our Little Theo is special though! When Little Theo tries to run/play his rear legs slide outward. His evaluation/exam shows hyper-extended rear legs. We were told it is possible as he grows that his ambulation may be more normal as his muscles strengthen. We also learned learned Theo has a grade 6 heart murmur. He will stay with us in foster care and be evaluated by a vet in the future. Theo is a beautiful puppy and gives puppy kisses and loves to be held. Theo would warm your heart as he has done ours here at Pet Haven Rescue. He deserves a chance. If you would like to donate on Theo's behalf to offset his veterinary care it would be most appreciated. If you would like an update on Theo please correspond on his behalf.
