Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I was thrown over the fence at an Oklahoma shelter when I was only 6 weeks young. Nobody comes to that shelter but they kept me for almost 4 years until this Rescue Group made arrangements to bring me to Maryland. Now I'm being kept happy & warm in a nice loving Foster Home. I've never been in a home environment until now, or had a nice bed, & I really love it! There are other dogs here, and cats, too, & we all get along great. I'm a bit leery of strange men at first, until I realize they don't intend to hurt me. I think that's because there were only women at the shelter.
I'm very calm, gentle & friendly, I like to follow my Foster Mom & always stay by her side. I'm not sure what breed I am. I remind people of a St. Bernard, but I'm much smaller, about 60 pounds, like a lab. I'm not a runner - I like to stay close to the house & just run around a little in the yard. Of course I like to go for walks on a leash.
I'm in excellent health; tested, vaccines, neutered & microchipped.
