Izzy is just under a year old and a perfect medium size at 40 pounds. She is sweet, playful, gentle and fun. Izzy is athletic and will make a great hiking or walking buddy. She loves other dogs and has the brains of a shepherd - smart and eager to please. She will make a wonderful companion! Izzy is fostered in a home with 2 boys and other dogs, and she is super social and wants to play with everyone!
This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for our Double Header Event weekend! Join CPR & North Shore Animal League on Friday, Dec 6th at Petland in Southbury, CT from 2pm-6pm. On Saturday, Dec 7th CPR will be at Petco in Southington, CT from 10am-2pm. Come join us and find your forever friend!
This dog is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. This dog has tested negative for heartworms. The adoption fee is $375 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 3:30. An additional $75 fee will be added for puppies picked up from our Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05. MA residents are no longer allowed to adopt from our adoption center or our adoption events due to MA regs. All MA adoptions must be finalized prior to the puppy leaving our care in TN.
