My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We believe that Raymond is a Basenji/Jack Russell Terrier mix. He has unique blue merle spots, blue eyes and a He's about three years old and a little over 17 lbs.

He does start off very shy when meeting strangers. However, once he trusts you, he has a personality that's truly as sweet and pure as honey!

Raymond is deaf, which is typical in white, blue-eyed dogs with merle markings, but he's a smart boy, that's for sure, and knows the hand signal for "sit."

This special little chap is great with both dogs and cats (he's fostered with both) and enjoys burning off his energy with some play time and long walks. Most of all, he enjoys his cuddle time and particularly loves being held like a little baby. Shy at first, especially with men, he is looking for that patient and secure forever home where he can finally say "home sweet home" every time he walks through the front door.
