Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Don't let the word "coonhound" fool you. This adorable girl is a very girly girl and is not a hunting dog. Abbey came to our rescue as a "stray" and has just been overlooked because I think people are afraid of the word "hound". They think that they are getting a dog that will howl at the moon and that is not the case. We are calling Abbey a black and tan coonhound, but she probably has a mix of something else although the coonhound pretty much describes her. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and testing heart worm negative. Abbey is very active and playful and would benefit from an active family or individual who wanted a companion. She is great with other dogs and would be a good playmate with dogs her same size. She is at her adult weight at 45 lbs. Abbey loves to ride in the car, is sweet and affectionate, and just enjoys spending time with her foster family and siblings. Please consider this wonderful girl as your next best friend.
