Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dee Dee came to the shelter as a stray. She was found at 8 mile and I-75. Most likely she crossed over from Detroit. Her owners never came to claim her.
Dee Dee is a sweet dog and has been at the shelter for too long, (since early June)! And worse yet, most of the time she has been at the shelter in a cage rather than a run because the shelter is too full! We don't understand why this nice dog has been overlooked and not adopted yet. Dee Dee is a very friendly young adult girl, so she is active, and likes to play, go for walks and runs. But she also settles down nicely and will sit by you and wants to soak up all the pets and attention you can give her. We are not quite sure what mix Dee Dee is. There appears to be Dalmatian in her and possibly Whippet, and maybe ABPT. She is medium in size. She would make someone a great running partner. Please consider giving this loving girl a real home. She just wants to be loved!

Dee Dee is spayed, up to date on rabies and distemper vaccinations, is microchipped, Heartworm Negative, and fecal checked, also negative, so she is eager to become a loving member of your family.
