Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
UPDATED BIO 11/16/2013: CHARLIE is an adorable 18 month old Yorkie mix (probably with Chihuahua – a Chorkie!), weighing 5 lbs 9 oz. Charlie is being fostered in North Port, FL.
FM and FD say that I am too cute for words. I am just an active doggie who loves to eat and play in the backyard with my foster sisters. I have also been going for walks with the whole pack and I enjoy them lots.
FM tells me that I am almost house-trained and she acts like that’s a good thing – so – yeah for me. Wow, how smart am I? I just love to follow FM and also love being constantly picked up and kissed and cuddled. I guess I am going to need to go to a home where someone is always there!! If you think that’s you and you need a couple of sweet doggie kisses…….. you know what to do………
NOTE: Charlie is ready to go to his forever home. Due to his small size, Charlie can only be adopted into a home with children 12 years old or older.
Kisses (lots of ‘em!),
Charlie
INITIAL BIO 10/18/2013: MEET CHARLIE! He is an adorable 18 month old Yorkie mix (probably with Chihuahua), weighing a skinny 5 lbs 2 oz. Charlie is being fostered in North Port, FL.
Charlie came into rescue with Angel (read about her above); however, they do not need to be adopted together. Charlie's owner was no longer able to care for him and both he and Angel are very sweet and desperate for love and attention. Charlie's favorite activity at this time is being held by her Foster Mom & Dad and giving lots and lots of puppy kisses. His foster parents are working on both house-training and leash-training, as they appear to have not had any prior experience with either. Charlie is ready to go to his forever home. NOTE: Due to his small size, Charlie can only be adopted into a home with children 12 years old or older.
