Oscar is the sweetest most handsome 3-5 year old boy you will ever meet! Oscar hasn’t had it easy lately. He is believed to have been hit by a car and is now paralyzed. Oscar needs a lot of love and attention but will repay you with his huge heart and great big personality. He is currently recovering in his playpen from minor scrapes that he obtained from dragging his rear legs and is awaiting a new wheelchair. He loves food as all pugs do and also enjoys lounging on his bed while doing his physical therapy. He can’t wait to play with his foster brothers and is always looking for someone to hold and pet him. If you have the time and the heart to match Oscar’s, apply for him today!
