Cooper is a 2 year old black Cocker Spaniel. He weighs about 35 lbs. He was one of 5 dogs turned in by an owner. Cooper likes to be in charge and needs an owner who is willing to be the alpha. If you do, Cooper will be a great dog for you! He was housetrained and has been living outside recently. It is very likely that he is still housetrained. He is also leashtrained and cratetrained.
