My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bella has a sad history. She was struck by a car while under her previous family's care. She suffered a broken leg in that accident and the family did try to do right by her but were not in the financial means to completely do so. When her cast was torn off by one of their other dogs too early, they chose not to take her back for care so her back leg is drawn in and up . They ultimately surrendered her to our local shelter thankfully. Bella has no pain from her accident any longer and she does not let her leg slow her down. She can keep up with the rest of our crew in a sprint just fine! She loves attention and loves being in the house. She would be terrific with a little girl who would let Bella lay beside her to watch TV. (no cats, though, she loves to chase them). She does fine with other dogs but isn't really social with them. She is housebroken, spayed, current on vaccines. No adoption fee to an approved adopter.
