Lillie is a real sweetheart! She was found stray in the City of Carpinteria, wearing a pretty pink collar but no tags. We have been unable to find her owners and now it is in Lillie's best interest to find a new permanent home. She loves people and attention and scampers up and down the hallway at City Hall, before or after working hours of course! She wants to please and would be a good dog to train in basic skills. She is so energetic and happy it's hard not to feel the same way when you see her. She'll have you going for walks and playing around in an instant. Come meet Lillie - you'll be in good spirits.
