My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweetie was surrendered by her tearful owner due to a domestic abuse situation. The woman was forced to flee from a bad situation and could not take her dog along to safety. Wonderful foster parents took her in so she never had to stay at the shelter. Sweetie was very loved and well-cared for since she was a puppy. This happy dog deserves a permanent home that is stable and forever this time. Sweetie is a loving dog with a good- natured Beagle personality.

Sweetie is 5-6 years old, spayed, up-to-date on shots and weighs about 35 pounds. She is most likely a Beagle / Jack Russel Terrier mix - also known as a Jackabee.
