Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Update 12/09/13 - HAPPY HOLIDAYS from Bogart! For Christmas all I want is my forever family. It has almost been 3 months since being saved by my foster momma. I am a very loving little guy and want so badly to give love and cuddle in this cool weather. I am doing so much better on my walks around my neighborhood. I try really hard not to bark as much as I use to but I am a little scaredy cat sometimes. The potty training is still going great as long as I am taken out to do my business. Hopefully this will be the month that I can meet my forever home. Thanks everyone and Happy Holidays from Bogart!!
Update 10/19/13- Hi everyone!! It has been exactly a month since I was rescued by my foster momma. The vet gave me a clean bill of health and all the worms are gone. I am having so much fun with my foster momma and foster sister. Foster momma has noticed that I like to chew on things and is working with me everyday to get me to stop this bad habit, I have gotten much better about it. The last of my baby teeth have come out so hopefully his helps even more. I am still looking for my forever home but until then my foster momma is doing all she can to make me the best puppy I can be.
Update 9/29/13- It has been a little over a week since I arrived at my foster home. I had my first check up with my new vet. The vet told my foster momma that I am actually 9mo- 1yr old, since I still had some baby teeth.(Lost a tooth the next day) I have been feeling fine but the first day I came home my foster momma noticed I had worms. The vet and foster momma are helping me get those pesky things taken care of. My heartwork test came back negative which was a plus. I am still getting along really well with my foster sister but my foster momma has noticed that I need a little training when it comes to other dogs coming around. Big dogs really scare me. I would need to be in a home with a fenced yard and no children under 12. I am just protective and get a little jumpy, that is all. I still have yet to go potty in the house and when placed in my crate for the night I go right to bed after a few minutes of complaining. All in all I am ready to find my forever home.
Initial Bio 9/21/13 : Hey everyone! My name is Bogart. I am a 1yr old Yorkshire terrier mix. I was just rescued by my foster momma on 9/19/13. I am the biggest cuddlier you will ever meet. I am a little shy in the beginning but after a while get the hang of things and feel at home. My foster momma has another Yorkie that I get a long great with. I need to gain a little weight and should now that I am feeling at home. As for potty training no accidents yet. I can't wait to find a home that will give me love an I can love back. If you might be interested in me please contact my foster momma :)
