Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kailey was found by a good Samaritan on I-95 with a badly broken front leg. Her sweet nature made her a shelter staff favorite so we were asked to take her into our program. Her injury was so severe, there was no way to save it so she underwent amputation. Brave girl went to her foster home a few hours after surgery. She was up and wagging her tail within a day- getting around on her 3 legs. Kailey was allowed time to heal then treated for heartworms- now she is healthy and hoping for her own fur-ever home. Kailey loves other dogs, and people. We don't know about cats as her foster family do not have any. She is affectionate and loves attention. Kailey weighs about 35 pounds and is guesstimated to be about 18 months old. She is energetic when she plays outside but is quiet and well behaved in the house. She is crate trained and hasn't made any mistakes in her foster home. Treat motivated she will be easy to train. Kailey would love a fenced yard to play in during the day and a great family to love inside at night.
Please contact her foster Mom at vivgraves@hotmail.com or call 919-494-5274. We will be happy to send you an application & answer any questions. Adoption fee is $225 to help defray veterinary and care expenses.
