My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Rose! Rose is a very sweet 2 year old purebred Weimaraner who was turned into a high kill LA County shelter after recently having a litter of puppies. We knew the minute we met her that she deserved much better than the life she had come from, and promised to find her an amazing forever home.
Rose is a velcro weim, she LOVES her people and follows he foster mom everywhere. She likes to chew on bones, she likes toys, she is crate trained and house trained, sleeps on a dog bed, and just wants so badly to be LOVED. She gives sweet little kisses, and she likes to play with other dogs, she especially loves to play with the other weims in her foster home. While Rose hasn't had any formal training, Weims are very smart, and her foster mom is working on “Sit” right now, she is seriously food motivated, so training should come easily for her. She walks ok on a leash, but could use some training so that she won't pull. She has seen the cat outside her foster home, and has not shown any interest, so she may be a good choice for a family with cats.
Like all Weims, Rose won't do well left alone all day. They are very family oriented and do best in a home where she will get a lot of attention.
