My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

WHISKEY reunited with his BFF and ARAS co-founder Mike. The two bonded while in Afghanistan. Whiskey's fate was uncertain after the American workers wrapped up their work. Whiskey was raised and cared for by our contractors. Mike, with the help of his colleagues, our donors/friends and PUPPY RESCUE MISSION, mobilized to bring Whiskey home to the USA. Whiskey made our guys' stay in Afghanistan a bit more tolerable and homey. He deserved to have a future as an American dog. A HUGE THANK YOU to PUPPY RESCUE MISSION who do this every day and recognize and honor the bond between our servicemen and the animals they befriend while serving their country.
