Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bailey is an owner surrender from Missouri, who traveled all the way to Michigan with Carly. She has an overabundance of energy and love and wants to share her love with everyone. Bailey has not met a dog or a person that she does not like, and will happily jump in your lap any chance she gets. Bailey was reported to be a runner at her previous home, so a fenced yard is a must for her. Bailey will come when called when playing in the yard, but not sure if that would hold true if she were outside the fence. Bailey for the most part has good manners inside the house, but does need to be reminded from time to time that counters are not self serve, and everything left on the floor is not a dog toy. Bailey loves kids and adults alike, but sometimes she loves them too much, so she may be too much for young kids, especially those who have not been around dogs. Bailey loves running and playing in the yard with other dogs and will need a playmate to help her expend some of her energy. She also loves her evening walks and is improving on the leash every day. She has formed a bond with Carly, the two will even sleep in the same crate together, but understand that the two may not be able to be placed together. As long as there is another playful dog in her new home she should be fine. Bailey gets a little too excited and over stimulated by cats and small dogs, so a home with out cats and small dogs would be best for her. Bailey is quiet in the crate, and should be crated while you are gone, but at night she prefers to sleep on a dog bed in the bedroom.
History:
Bailey's owners called ABR when they realized that they could not give Bailey the time and attention that she deserved. She's up to date on her vaccinations and is just waiting for a home.
