Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Benji is 1 year old, neutered and up to date on his shots. He is around 12lb and a terrier. He is very sweet and loving. He is learning that people can be kind and fun. He loves to play, but also loves to snuggle. He is easy to train and really just wants a family of his own. He is very well behaved in the house and rides nice in the car and is good on a leash. He enjoys playing with his doggy friends big and small (3 big and 1 small) and seems to know how rough or gentle he needs to be from dog to dog. He loves being outside to do a little digging or chewing on his dog toys. He has been good about digging in the area we have for the dogs to dig in. Or just hanging with his family. He has a ton of personality, but is a little nervous when introduced to new situations. He is quiet and has been a pleasure to foster. We have taken him places and after a couple times visiting he begins to relax. He doesn't care to be by himself, but has been left loose in the house while we were gone and he does fine as long as he can see out the window. He has also been crated while we are away and he doesn't like it but does good. He is fully potty trained. He can climb chain link fences so he will need a secure fence that he can't climb. He is not food aggressive and we free feed all our dogs with no problems. Who ever adopts him will be getting an amazing family member. He adapts quickly and just wants a family of his own and a place to call home.
RDR adopts pets anywhere in the US and loves adopting our pets to our Canadian neighbors with an approved application. Thank you for helping us give a Rescue Pet a second chance at life with a loving forever home! There are no paid staff members at Rez Dog Rescue and all adoption donations go directly back into the dogs we rescue for food and medical expenses as most of the Pets we rescue have been, abandoned, abused, injured or are sick. RDRs only mission is to re-home the pets we rescue and give them a second chance in life that they so desperately deserve!
