Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Fritz is 9 years old but has lots of life left in him. A very sweet and gentle nature, he is not demanding but will keep you company. He enjoys his walks and loves to go in the car. He has been a very loved companion but after a 6 yr. battle with breast cancer, his former owner passed away. Fritz seems to just roll with the punches, showing no real trauma to being relocated into rescue. He gets along great with other dogs, no alpha tendencies but just laid back and confident. He truly deserves to find a new home to live his life out in. Dachshunds commonly life to age 16 and older so he has lots of years to offer you as a family member.
