My story

Milky Way is the lone survivor of a litter that was thrown out by the side of a road shortly after birth. She was taken to the nearest shelter, a dog rescue, and hand-raised. Milky Way is a precocious little girl who will entertain you with her clever antics. She once played a gave of fetch with me for several minutes. She has a lot of energy and would be the perfect companion for a lonely little dog or kitty in your home. She is about 14 weeks old now, but still misses the mommy she never knew so she will occasionally suck on your thumb for comfort. She is very independent, but needs to cuddle up with you at night. She sleeps solidly, purring by your side until morning. Her $95 adoption fee goes to A.R.T.A. rescue (http://arta.petfinder.org) to cover her spaying, deworming, FVRCP vaccinations and booster shots, FIV/FELV testing (she’s negative), flea treatment. She’s received lots of love at all her foster homes and is ready to reciprocate it at her new home.
