Is there someone who would open their heart and home to a little, 4 3/4 lb. Maltese?

This small, 10-yr. old fellow came from a big Southern CA Shelter. "Happy" is the best word to describe Hudson as he loves everyone...other small dogs and people of all ages. What Hudson likes the most is to be in someone's arms or by your side.
