This is Oso and he is a sweet 13 month old neutered boy, his family surrendered him because he has some medical issues that they could not afford. He is a sweet boy who loves everyone, he had surgery on his right leg already and now will need surgery on the left. PLease stop back to learn more about this sweet guy
