You would never know it from these photos, but Marlin a 5lb Chihuahua, spent the several years of his life tied out on a chain. He has left that life and is never looking back! He has learned to love couch cuddle time and laying in his foster mom's lap! Marlin has been gaining confidence and will make someone a wonderful indoor companion.
