Bernard is one of the rabbits rescued from a hoarder situation less than five minutes from the sanctuary. Bernard is a little shy due to living outside in the cold, with no food and predators everywhere. Bernard's family will need to give him time to adjust to new surroundings.

Bernard is a handsome Californian rabbit, with brownish/black points. Californians are known to be gentle bunnies with laid-back personalities. Like most rabbits, Bernard prefers to keep all 4 paws on the ground!
