My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

As her name implies, Belle is a young and pretty female Beagle. This friendly and affectionate girl loves everyone young and old! She is a social dog that likes other dogs (big and small), and is not at all interested in the cats in her foster home. She enjoys going for walks and exploring the neighborhood with her nose to the ground, in true Beagle style! Belle is approximately 1-2 years old and is crate trained, current on routine vaccinations, heartworm neg. (on monthly preventative), microchipped, and will be spayed before going to her forever home.

Important: Belle is not at a shelter where you can go to meet her. All Safe Hounds Beagles are cared for in a loving foster home. Prospective adopters MUST submit an adoption application and be pre-approved before meeting a dog. Submitting an application does not guarantee you will be approved. We do not accept applications for specific dogs. Once an application is approved, we’ll begin a matching process—the right dog for the right home.
