My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Marianne was picked up as a stray in early July by Chicago Animal Care and Control and has been in foster care with A Dog's Day rescue since July 13.

Marianne is a charming, sweet, and dainty little lady! She loves her crate and finds it to be quite cozy and safe. She absolutely adores people, and is a major hit public areas. She quietly goes from person-to-person to get as much attention as possible. When a new human approaches her, she walks right up to them and politely asks for pets. At home, she loves to cuddle but is perfectly content in her crate or curled up on her bed away from her humans.

Marianne gets along very well with other dogs. She has no issues with aggression and is not territorial. Her playful side is starting to come out; she loves running around at the dog park and wrestling with her foster sister at home.

Marianne is about 1 year young and weighs 14lbs. Please come meet her! Everyone she meets falls in love with her, and we think you will, too! Her big brown puppy eyes and constantly flip-flopping tail are sure to win you over!
