Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**ADOPTION PENDING**
Hi! I'm Mooska! No, silly, I'm not a Moose, I'm a great dane! I had it tough before, and came from a shelter in the big city.
Before I came into rescue, I was so hungry and I didn't get enough food. Plus mom said I had an infection and my beautiful black fur was all patchy and itchy. That's healing up now and everything is back to looking great---all soft and sleek and black. And I'm eating my foster home out of house and home! Mom says I put everything I see into my mouth--I say why carry around 1 stuffie when I can get 3 stuffies into my mouth?
I'm happy to see other dogs and they say I did well on my cat test, whatever that is! I'm crate trained and well behaved. I ride very nicely in the car but need practice with leash walking (I like to walk around my person in circles and for some reason, they don't get very far!).
If you have questions about our adoption policies and procedures, please go to our website at www.peacefulpawsrescue.org. Our adoption application is on our website as well. We are not a shelter and do not have a facility. You will not be able to meet any of our foster dogs until you've completed an application.
