DAKOTA WAS RESCUED FROM "DEATH ROW" WHERE HE WAS DUMPED BY THE FAMILY MEMBERS OF AND AGED OWNER. HE IS APPROX 8 YEARS OLD. IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT HE HAD NOT LIVED THE LIFE OF THE PRIVILEGED.
