Charlie is a wonderful little 2 year old shih tzu boy. He was abandoned by his owner.
He weighs in at a thin 8 1/2 pounds. On flea, heartworm prevention.
Ready to go to his new forever home. He had been so badly matted he had to be shaved down so you are not seeing him at his full cuteness potential! The first day you meet him he will growl and possibly bite if you try and pick him up. He's awesome once he doesn't feel threatened by you.
