My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lilly lived the 1st 2 years of her life in a home. We don't know why, but one day her owner brought her to the Miami Dade Animal Shelter and surrendered her. She was and is heartbroken. She was at the shelter for a couple of weeks, but as the 4th of July approached her time was running out. On July 3rd she was put on the Euth list, and that is when our organization, Saving for Sophie stepped in. We had her transported to a boarding facility, and on the 5th we picked her up.

She is a very sweet girl, she loves to be loved. I am quite sure she has never received the love she has received in our care, and now in foster care.

She is currently fostered with 2 cats, and another Chihuahua. She is leash and potty trained, but is very nervous when you 1st meet her. It took her about 48 hours to snap out of her shyness at her current foster home.

She needs a loving home- a permanent place for her to be loved - and give love in return.

She is fixed, and has all her shots for the year.
