Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi my name is Max because I deliver the Maxium amount of cuteness. I am 9 months old and weight around 30lbs. I want to be a big boy when I grow up my they tell me I will only be about 40lbs. It's because I am short. My foster Mom says I have the funniest little basset legs and it makes her giggle when I run around the back yard with my foster brother and sisters. I am telling you all of these things because I'm looking for something people call a Furrever home. They say that it will be the best day of my life when I find my furrever home. I am really laid back and would be happy to have some siblings to play with... 2 or 4 leg kind doesn't matter to me or maybe even both would be awesome!! You see me and my little sister Darla were abandon in a parking lot by our last home and we were very scared and hungry. Thankfully we found some good people to look out for us and they are going to help us find that 'furrever' home. I can't wait to find out what a furrever home is like.
Max has had his first vaccine on 8-6-13 and will be fully vaccinated and neutered before being adopted. My adoption fee is $125. To adopt me or for more information please email For the Love of Paws, Inc at scloveofpawstn@hotmail.com for an adoption application.
