My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Beautiful Miss. Lexi is 3 yrs old, spayed and up to date on her vaccinations. She is super mild and sweet tempered! She does amazing with my 5 yr old and the only time she growled at him was when he was basically jumping up and down while clinging to her neck. And even this it was just a slight warning, with no nip or mouthing attached. She comes as an owner surrender and has a pretty moderate flea allergy and somewhat severe malnurishment. Since this was not properly cared for in her past her skin condition is not great. We are treating her with anti inflammatories and antibiotics as well as Benedryl tablets for the time being while we make sure she is flea free and give her skin a chance to heal. She will be on prevention for that as well as heartworm prevention. Her testing was negative. She gets along with other dogs as long as they arent trying to dominate her, then she growls a bit. Still no biting though!! I am told she will tolerate cats but I havent tested that myself yet. Due to her medical expenses being so in depth I need to charge a $250 rehoming fee for her to help regain some of that. She is well worth it!! Continued flea prevention and a steady, proper diet and she will be an amazing friend for someone.
