Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Brooklyn and her littermates were found by the side of the road, where they had been dumped. They looked as if they had been cared for well for the first weeks of their lives - they were fat and happy. The person had left them on a blanket, as if that would help them survive.... I always have to wonder in these situations - how could a person look in these innocent puppies' eyes and leave them to die??

Luckily, a kind gentleman who was out walking found them. He and his family are fostering them while we search for good adoptive homes. The puppies look to be about six weeks old. We gave them their first vaccination and wormed them. We'll hold them until at least November 15th to be sure they weren't exposed to Parvo before their vaccination.

We're guessing that they're a shepherd mix of some sort and will be medium-sized dogs when grown. Brook is all black and has a short, but not flat, coat. We are taking applications for heradoption. She will be available on a spay/neuter contract and we'll ask for a small adoption donation to help us rescue the next dog or puppy in need.
