Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Charlie is an energetic 11 month old neutered German Wirehaired pointer that loves to retrieve, run, and play. He is loyal companion and is always at your feet. He enjoys walks and runs and does good on leash. Charlie loves to please and is a very hard worker and an even faster when it comes to learning. Charlie knows sit, down, speak, and shake. Charlie was started as a Gun Dog and began retrieving at just 7 weeks old. He has never been taught to point but does it naturally. He has not been out hunting and needs to be “finished” in order to be taken out. He is excellent around other dogs and loves to play and romp around. Charlie is very social and loves kids although he would do best in a home with older kids due to his energy level. He has been raised around cats and does not chase them but does get intrigued and will follow them around. Charlie has no major health issues although in the past he has shown a sensitivity to lamb and chicken meal which usually appears in the form of him chewing at his legs and paws. Because of his breed he does not shed but his coat does require weekly maintenance. He is house broke, doggie door trained, and kennel trained (although only when needed). He is also up to date on vaccines and worming and is also microchipped. Charlie is a one-person/one family dog and he will devote himself so long as he is given the same in return. He is an great puppy and will make an even more amazing dog and companion to the right person and/or family. Charlie will do best in a household with at least one other dog or with his best bud Gus.
