Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Penny is in need of a Special home. She is just about a year old and has had no socialization and no training. She is extremely shy and fearful of new situations. She has lived with several other dogs that picked on her. She is very sweet but very submissive and timid. She would do best in a quiet home with someone that has experience with training dogs.
