Hi, I'm Spanky!

I'm a 2-3 yr old smooth coat, neutered male JRT; I'm white with pale tan/yellow markings, and my tail is docked. My coat is as soft as a bunny's!

I had to go into a shelter when my owners couldn't keep me any more, then I came into rescue, and now I'm looking for my forever home!

I'm a GREAT dog...I'm housetrained, crate-trained, I get along with kids,other dogs, and I know how to sit, stay, and "sit up" for treats!

He REALLY is wonderful with kids, we had an 18 mo old over the other day, and you could tell that Spanky wanted to play with her toys, but he minded so well and just sat close to her and let her pet him! He's also the first one to let you know that someone is coming to the door. He'd be a good guard dog (except that he would immediately make friends with any robber, hehehe...) He's so wonderful, I can't believe anyone would want to give him up!!"
