Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Everyone that meets me says I am a real Princess.....so what am I doing still wating for my forever family? My trademark is laying down with my front paws crossed...ah! I would love to have my forever home by Christmas.....that would be the best present ever!
Duckie is 3-4 years old black Chow Chow .
Duckie is very affectionalte and loves to cuddle and roll over for belly rubs. Duckie has learned most of her dog manners but will require a patient and experienced owner to keep her on track. Duckie has come a long way in the last few months she now has no issues with being touched on her backend or putting a leash on. Here is what foster dad says about her.
As for Duckie, she is completely and entirely socialized. She is a different dog. Not only is she past her concerns of being touched she welcomes her daily messages. Touching her anywhere now is a not only welcomed but she'll flop over on her belly and invite the touching. She is a different dog altogether. She is wonderful on the leash, has turned into the perfect road trip dog, she shadow me constantly and sleeps with me, cuddles but doesn't kiss - lol. She has become the perfect family pet.
Duckie loves to play with other dogs and they play in the back yard. When Duckie is on leash and meets other canines she tends to not like them. She woudl love to have a fenced yard to play in. Duckie has also experience foster cats in her foster home and is perfectly fine with them.
Duckie still has some reaction to loud or sudden movements, but rather flight then fight.
Duckie is currently being foster in the Woodstock area, if you want to meet this special girl please contact us.
