Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hey, don’t bite my ear off, ok? Just because I look sweet and chocolatey, doesn’t mean I’m your dessert. I’m Thumper, a six-month-old house rabbit with luscious brownish markings all over me. I ran into a little trouble over past months with people giving up on their commitments. I passed between a number of hands before landing at The Animal Support Project’s foster home, where I am currently living the vegan life.
My foster Mom, Paisley, says although I was shy when I arrived, I have become quite a nice little guest, munching away on my hay and my veggies and rearranging my home each day to suit my moods. She named me “Thumper,” because the first time she met me, I just hid in the back of my cage and thumped my feet in fear. But with all the kindness she and Ed and the family are showing me, I’ve really relaxed a lot and learned the world’s not as scary as I thought it was.
I’m spayed now, healthy as a horse and vaccinated, so I’m in A-1 adoptable condition. You won’t have to worry about my being a picky eater, either - I always eat my vegetables! I especially enjoy kale. I read somewhere that kale is a super-food, loaded with anti-oxidants…..or maybe I learned that from watching Oprah……can’t remember. I do enjoy my afternoon television programs, especially the Mr. Rogers reruns. He likes me just the way I am. And as long as you don’t expect me to tune your car’s engine or scrub the bathroom tile, I’m game for a relationship.
In case you weren’t aware, bunnies make awesome apartment pets. We’re quiet, can learn to use the litter pan and are what some people call easy-keepers. Just a little timothy hay, some pine shavings for my floor, and some fresh veggies are all I need, really…..and some clean water to drink of course. I also enjoy an occasional toilet paper roll or two now and then. Hey, we all have our harmless fetishes, don’t we? Like most bunnies, I’m a good listener; and I’m very, very quiet. I don’t bark every time the mailman comes and I won’t sharpen my toenails on your furniture. My cage is my own personal little palace, so I won’t even complain about being crated!
Just don’t get me confused with your Easter candy and we should get along fine, alright? 518-727-8591
