Meet Sheyenne! A beautiful 6 year old dark Brindle. Sheyenne is coming into the program as circumstances have changed in her household and she is not currently getting the attention and exercise she needs. Sheyenne is a very energetic girl but with proper exercise, daily walks, and some training, we are sure this will help her energy level. She also loves other dogs, so a canine companion could help her energy level as well. She is a bit jumpy and excited to meet people, so that will need to be worked on in her new home. She does know her basic commands, but it will be mandatory for her new home to attend a basic obedience class with her for bonding purposes and to work with her on her “jumpiness”. She is a very sweet girl that is crate trained and house broken.


Sheyenne will need an active family to give her daily walks, hikes or runs. She needs mental and physical exercise as well as human leadership. Sheyenne use to “track” with her owner so she has a VERY HIGH PREY DRIVE., so she cannot go to a home with cats or small critters. She is currently living with a small child (14 months old) and is wonderful with children. Please check back soon as we secure a foster home for this GORGEOUS lady!
