Seniors for Seniors Candidate
Sunday Grace was rescued from the shelter in Oklahoma City. She was abandoned there, with several other Rat Terriers, by an irresponsible breeder. Sunday is 8 years old, and weighs about 10 pounds. She had been bred so much that she had a severe inguinal hernia (in the lower abdomen), by it was repaired when she was spayed. Sunday adores her foster-brother Koda, a large pitbull; they look a bit like Mutt & Jeff when they make their rounds of the yard, but they don't seem to notice. She gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home, and ignores the kitties. We have not had Sunday around children, but feel she is just too timid to live with children under the age of 10 or 12 years. She would actually be ideal for an older couple (or single person). Sunday is crate trained and potty-pad trained, but is not quite dependably house trained. For more photos of Sunday Grace Ratbone please
