Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Greta is a 2 year old, female, 35 lb black and white Australian shepherd/Border Collie mix. She’s shy with people at first, but once you give her some treats she is easily won over. She is housetrained and crate trained and very well behaved inside the house.
Greta plays well with other dogs, loves to take walks, chew on nyla bones, and plays fetch to get out her energy. She also likes to be able to run in a fenced-in area with her dog friends, like the dog park. Until Greta is comfortable in new surroundings she should be kept on lead since she can get spooked when she is nervous. She’s very sweet and likes to spend time with her foster family and enjoy their attention (including plenty of belly rubs and thigh scratches).
A classic velcro dog, she’ll keep you company while you’re together in the house. She has been allowed on the furniture in the past and would love to come up and snuggle, but is very obedient if you ask her not to. She knows how to sit, lie down, paw, other paw, go to bed, wait, and is very quick to pick up on any new obedience tricks you teach her. She’s extremely bright and loving. She is a good mix of relaxed and playful, and will make an easy transition into a new and loving home.
