Well, then, here he is! Meet Whiskers, our one-eyed wonder boy!! Poor Whiskers has had such a sad start in life, and we're hoping we can make that better! But we need YOU to make that happen!

Whiskers is a young male orange and white cat who is approximately 2 years old and who has spent most of his short life outside, being taunted and chased. Even with all that has happened to him, he is the most affectionate and loving cat you could ever want! The so-called family that owned him threw him outside because he supposedly scratched one of the kids in the family, BUT before they threw him outside, the father kicked Whiskers in the face, causing such a severe injury that he lost that eye! Can you imagine the pain he endured? And he also now had to fend for himself outside with a very severe injury. So, sadly, Whislers lost that eye, but not his love and spirit!

Whiskers has been thoroughly examined by the vet and has gotten a clean bill of health, has received his shots, has been tested and is negative for leukemia and FIV, and is scheduled to be neutered in the next couple of days. Now, all he wants is a loving family to care for him and love him!
