My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ava is a charming little girl, 5 to 6 months of age. She was found as a stray with a broken leg, assumed to have been caused by being hit by a car. She was brought into an emergency clinic where her foster mom fell in love. Since then Ava has been recovering from her fractured leg with strict rest, a cast and lots of TLC. Ava seems to love everyone and every thing. She is happy and sweet despite her injury. She sure is not letting this slow her down. Ava had her last set of radiographs and her fracture has almost completely healed. She is ready to go to her forever home. During her time in foster care, she quickly went from a shy, scared puppy to a gregarious, active young dog. She has proven to us that she does well with other dogs, cats and older children. She is crate trained and working on her house training. Ava will make one lucky family a great companion.
