Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
They call me Taylor, or Tay-Tay, or Tator Tot, or..well, it doesn't matter what they call me, it only matters what _I_ think! I'm the prettiest, most smartest mastiff girl you'll ever meet!
I'm quite fond of people once I actually meet them. Before I meet them, I do my job and I am a fierce girlie, here to protect my family. Once we've had a proper meet, well, then, I'm guessing you just won't be able to stop petting me. I like to lean in and get the best pets.
I've got free run of the house when my foster mom is at work and, of course, I'm perfect! I don't mess with a thing, although I do love a good sneak on a comfy bed when no one can catch me! I don't like those pesky crates--why should I be penned in? I am too good for them!
I lived with my foster brother, a great big dane. He was great. we really got along well although he was not amused when I bashed into him. Baby! I was just havin' some FUN! Mom said I flunked the cat test when I tried to tip over the cat carrier, but I don't care. Why bring me a fluffy sqeaky and then not let me play? I don't much like small kids, especially when they run. But a teenager would be fun--we could do everything together!
I don't much like new situations with lots going on. I'm more of a homebody. Mom says I need to be introduced to new things slowly. I'll tell you a secret: if you give me a bit of time and some very yummy treats, I usually come around.
I'm lookin' around for my new family, and my foster mom is helping me. Are you them? You're going to have be pretty special for me to give you the thumbs up. But remember my secret? Treats, yeah, that'll get you in with me. Mom might be a bit more discriminating but I can twist her around my little finger.
Taylor is a 5 yr old english mastiff who was turned into rescue because her dad was losing his home. She's good with men and women, but is a typical mastiff when a stranger is at the door. She's ready for a family who understands and enjoys pretty mastiff girls!
If you have questions about our adoption policies and procedures, please go to our website at www.peacefulpawsrescue.org. Our adoption application is on our website as well. We are not a shelter and do not have a facility. You will not be able to meet any of our foster dogs until you've completed an application.
