Perfect young male Carolina Dog. Typically active and curious with moderate escape drive and energy level. Timber is unusually affectionate for the breed and is very trainable. Timber walks well on-leash and responds to basic commands. This breed needs a home with a securely fenced yard and/or owners with an active life style. Like their Husky cousins, this breed has a dense undercoat that will shed out twice a year. They need a good weekly brushing, but only require infrequent bathing.
