Coby is a courtesy post for the Mercer County Pound in Ohio.
He was an owner turn in which means he doesn't have much time if he doesn't get adopted.
The volunteers say he is a really nice dog who just wants a home and someone to love.
This dog is not altered nor is he up to date on vaccinations. This will be done when he is adopted.
