Meet Sweet Ava!
Ava is a super cute 5 month old mixed breed puppy who exceptionally smart, attentive and wants to please. We tend to think she is shepherd mixed with..well..we don't know (any guesses?) as we saw her mother (feral street dog) and her father was a 'traveling salesman' of sorts.
She is is a wonderful little pup who is everyone's favorite as she is just as darling as can be---she has the personality we all like in a puppy, active with great energy, loves everyone, walks well on leash, respectful with cats, loyal...did we say cuddly? Yep she's a cuddle bug too.
Ava was found as a scared, sick and dirty pup on the streets of Guatemala. A rescue organization took her in and because she was so special they wanted her to find a better home in the U.S. as there are few people there looking to adopt mixed breed pups.
Ava would love an owner who has an active lifestyle! Need a hiking buddy?...then she's your gal. She loves to run off leash and has fantastic recall. She's spayed, has all her shots and is ready to find her forever home.
Her foster mom thinks she is the most wonderful pup in the world and says she will be the best co-pilot ever, what ever your adventures. Her nickname is actually "sidekick" because she loves to be with her people and is happy chilling at your feet at the house and thinks running errands are fun!
